Promotion terms and communication with the winners

  • The winner will be chosen through the platform random.org. Their name and two substitute winners will be drawn..
  • The organiser, Spanish Wine Lover, will get in touch with the winner via telephone or email to inform them of the prize and the means to access it..
  • If, during the 48 hours after the notification of the award, the organisers fail to hear from the winner accepting the prize, are unable to get in touch with the person or their identity cannot be verified, the winner will lose their right to the award. Organisers will then get in touch with the first substitute winner under the same terms. If the substitute fails to claim the prize or fails to get in touch with the organisers in the following 24-hour period, the award will go to the third substitute and so on.
  • The name of the winner will be announced on Spanish Wine Lover’s social media: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • The winner has the right to refuse the prize, however it will not be possible in any case to exchange it for another one nor for the equivalent amount in cash.
