Legal terms of the draw of “two of Jean Leon’s flagship wines”

The domaine Spanish Wine Lover has been registered by Amaya Cervera Mateo, based at Juana Urosa, 8, 2º. 28025 Madrid and ID number (NIF) 30607483A. Spanish Wine Lover is holding a draw to give away two flagship wines by Jean Leon: Vinya Gigi Chardonnay 2021 and Vinya Le Havre Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2013.

The organiser, SWL, recommends responsibility and moderate consumption of alcoholic drinks and reminds that according to current laws it is completely forbidden to sell alcoholic drinks to any persons below the age of 18.

Territorial boundaries

The promotion is open to any individual over 18 years old who registers for the competition and is based in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Duration

This promotion opens on 1 October 2023 at 00:00 and closes on 31 October 2023 at 24:00. Individuals who register until that date will be able to take part in the promotion.

Participation terms

  • Participants must be individuals over the age of 18.
  • Participants must register and provide all the information required. This information must be true.
  • Each user can take part once in this promotion, either in the Spanish or English version of the Spanish Wine Lover site.
  • Participation in this promotion implies free subscription to the newsletters sent by Spanish Wine Lover.
  • Participation in this promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance by the participant of the current legal terms. All decisions taken by the organizer of the competition are final and binding.

Promotion terms and communication with the winners

  • The name of the winner will be chosen through the platform random.org. His or her names and two substitute winners will be drawn.
  • The organiser, Spanish Wine Lover, will get in touch with the winner via telephone or email to inform him or her of the prize and the means to access it.
  • If, during the 48 hours after the notification of the award, the organisers fail to hear from the winner accepting the prize, are unable to get in touch with him or her or their identity cannot be verified, the winner will lose his or her right to the award. Organisers will then get in touch with the first substitute winner under the same terms. If the substitute fails to claim the prize or fails to get in touch with the organisers in the following 24-hour period, the award will go to the third substitute and so on.
  • The name of the winner will be announced on Spanish Wine Lover’s social media: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • The winner has the right to refuse the prize, however it will not be possible in any case to exchange it for another one nor for the equivalent amount in cash.

Prize description

The winner will be given a book-shaped case with two of Jean Leon's flagship wines: Vinya Gigi Chardonnay 2021 and an anniversary edition of Vinya Le Havre Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva from the 2013 vintage.

Use of personal data and image rights

The winner of this promotion authorises Spanish Wine Lover to reproduce, use and disseminate his or her name, surnames, pictures and comments on social media without any time or geographical limitation and without implying any remuneration or benefit rights other than the prize.

Additional information

  • Spanish Wine Lover holds the right to modify these terms without prior notice for procedural reasons without undermining the rights of the participants.
  • Accordingly, it deserves the right to adopt all the necessary measures to avoid any conduct that might mean to defraud this promotion. The first and immediate consequence of such actions will involve the contestant's immediate disqualification.
  • Participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of the terms stated above, which will be made available to the public on the website’s promotional page.
  • Personal data entered for the promotion will be included in files owned by Amaya Cervera Mateo for the purpose of managing, administering and lending or facilitating content related to the activity of the website www.spanishwinelover.com, as well as offering our services and contents and sending commercial information relevant to our news and promotions.
  • Compulsory data requested in each form will be stated as such. Failure to provide such information or providing incorrect data will result in the inability to take part in the promotion.
  • The user agrees that his personal data are processed with the purposes described above.
