Legal terms for the draw of “A WINE EXPERIENCE FOR TWO AT BODEGAS VIÑA MAYOR”

The domaine Spanish Wine Lover has been registered by Amaya Cervera Mateo, based at Juana Urosa, 8, 2º. 28025 Madrid and ID number (NIF) 30607483A. Spanish Wine Lover holds a competition to give away a wine experience and tour at Bodegas Viña Mayor. This promotion will be carried out according to the following clauses.

The organizer, SWL, recommends responsibility and a moderate consumption of alcoholic drinks and reminds that according to current laws it is completely forbidden to sell alcoholic drinks to any persons below the age of 18.

Territorial boundaries

The promotion is open to any individual over 18 years old who registers for the competition and is able to enjoy the prize regardless of where he or she lives.

Duration

This promotion opens on 1 April 2017 at 0:00 and closes on 30 April 2017 at 24:00. Individuals who register between those dates will be able to take part in the promotion.

Participation Terms

  • Participants must be individuals over the age of 18.
  • Participants must register and provide all the information required. This information must be true.
  • Each user can take part once in this promotion, either in the Spanish or English version of the Spanish Wine Lover site.
  • Participation in this promotion implies free subscription to the newsletters sent by Spanish Wine Lover.
  • Participation in this promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance by the participant of the current legal terms. All decisions taken by the organizer of the competition are final and binding.

Promotion terms and communication with the winners

  • The winner will be chosen through the platform random.org. His/her name and two substitute winners will be drawn.
  • The organiser, Spanish Wine Lover, will get in touch with the winner via telephone or email to inform him/her of their prize and the means to access it.
  • If, during the 48 hours after the notification of the award, the organisers fail to hear from the winner accepting the prize, is unable to get in touch with him/her or his/her identity cannot be verified, the winner will lose their right to the award. Organisers will then get in touch with the first substitute winner under the same terms. If this substitute fails to claim the prize or fails to get in touch with the organizers in the following 24 hour period, the award will go to the third substitute and so on.
  • The name of the winner will be announced on Spanish Wine Lover’s social media: Facebook, Twitter and Google+
  • The winner has the right to refuse the prize, however it will not be possible in any case to exchange it for another one nor for the equivalent amount in cash.
  • Spanish Wine Lover will put the winner in touch with Bodegas Viña Mayor so they can receive the prize.

Prize description

A weekend for two in Ribera del Duero including one night accommodation at 4* Convento las Claras hotel in Peñafiel, a visit to the castle in the village and a tour of Bodegas Viña Mayor, where the winner will enjoy a wine experience. He/She will be able to choose between the “Aroma Experience” or the “Winemaker for one day” experience in order to make his/her own wine by blending different single-varietal samples.

When to enjoy the prize

The winner will be able to enjoy the prize until 31 October 2017 subject to availability at Bodegas Viña Mayor.

Use of personal data and image rights

The winner of this promotion authorizes Spanish Wine Lover to reproduce, use and disseminate his/her name, surname, picture and comments on social media without any time or geographical limitation and without implying any remuneration or benefit rights other than the prize.

Additional information

  • Spanish Wine Lover holds the right to modify these terms without prior notice for procedural reasons without undermining the rights of the participants.
  • Accordingly, it deserves the right to adopt all the necessary measures to avoid any conduct that might mean to defraud this promotion. The first and immediate consequence of such actions will involve the contestant's immediate disqualification.
  • Participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of the terms stated above, which will be made available to the public on the website’s promotional page.
