It is a pleasure to find new Malvasias in the Mediterranean. This limited production white does not hide the fact that it is a barrel fermented wine. But while the toasted notes are evident on the nose, the palate is dominated by the acidity that is so characteristic of this variety. This is a wine with substance on the palate, which turns vertical and lively, with good persistence and character. Definitely worth seeking out when visiting Menorca. 93 points
