In line with Rueda's historic wines -although made outside the DO- this Adorado started its life under flor and underwent further oxidative ageing, in the style of the Sherry system of soleras and criaderas. Lively and elegant, the nose displays nutty and nail varnish aromas. The palate is broad and comforting, less concentrated than the Andalusian styles but with a round, very long finish with plenty of saline notes. 17.5 points
