The wines of Cebreros will be presented at VinytÁvila, a showroom featuring several producers from the DO, as a lead-up event to Conectando Gredos on 7 June, where 47 wineries from the Sierra de Gredos will gather.

One of the key figures in the revival of Chilean wine and a highly influential winemaker, “Reta” has played a decisive role in the restoration of old vineyards and the quest for fresher wines that are closely linked to the local landscape.

Antonio Candelas presents a tasting of the new white wines from Jerez, soon to have their own regulations to define and highlight the region's unique grape varieties and terroir. The wines to be tasted are Elisa by González Byass, Mirabrás by Barbadillo, Vara y Pulgar by Compañía de Vinos del Atlántico, Sara Sotomanrique, Tabatiere by Bodegas Serdio, 11° Al Sol by Williams & Humbert and Mariquilla by Santiago Jordi.

Around 25 wineries with vineyards in Laguardia, including El Sacramento, Guardianes del Reyno, González Ayala, Gómez de Segura, Javier San Pedro, Las Orcas, Ruiz de Viñaspre, Sierra Cantabria and Cosme Palacio, present their local wines made exclusively from grapes grown in the village. The ticket includes a wristband granting access to the venue, a wine glass, and vouchers for the various pintxos and tastings. There are buses from Logroño and Bilbao.

A wine bar offering 60 different txakoli wines, tastings, cooking demonstrations, live music, cultural activities and culinary delights throughout the weekend to celebrate Bizkaia’s txakoli.

San Martín de Unx, the village with the highest number of wineries per capita in the whole of Navarra, transforms its historic centre into a huge celebration of rosé wine from the DO Navarra, featuring tastings, guided tours of its 12th-century Romanesque crypt, a craft market, traditional dancers from Ochagavía, a community meal and music.

Around 40 producers of Garnacha and Albillo Real from the Sierra de Gredos mountains are once again joining forces to take part in the third edition of the festival. This second edition will feature 22 Bordeaux châteaux, presenting over 60 wines, including en primeur wines from the 2025 vintage and great vintages already on the market. There will also be two masterclasses dedicated to Bordeaux and its wines.

The Association of Sommeliers of Navarra has invited Iván Sánchez, sommelier at Venta Moncalvillo, to lead this session, which is designed to explore how the styles, winemaking techniques and ways of interpreting Rioja wine have evolved over the last few decades. Alfonso Chacón, Juan Alonso Cuesta and Álvaro García de Oteyza will lead a commemorative tasting featuring 10 wines selected blind by Pedro Ballesteros MW: La Suerte de Arrayán (Albillo Real and Garnacha), Loco de Canopy, Rosé from Cooperativa Condes de Fuensalida, Rosé from Bodegas Alonso Cuesta, El Surco de A Pie de Tierra, Garnacha de Lola (Parajes Cuqueña and Mazalba) from Bodegas Alonso Cuesta, 100 Años Garnacha Centenaria from Condes de Fuensalida, Uvas de la Ira, from Vitícola Mentridana, and La Viña Escondida, from Bodegas Canopy.

A fun and irreverent evening in the company of one of the most distinctive characters in the Spanish wine scene. The discussion will cover gentrified wines, cult wines and trends that turn obscure bottles into objects of desire.

More than 20 Catalan wineries will be taking part in this festival, which features a range of tastings and food pairings, boat tastings, cultural activities and a dedicated children’s area. DO Monterrei presents a selection of over 45 wines from this Galician region bordering Portugal. Among the 22 producers attending the event in Madrid are Adega Trasdovento, Ladairo, Bodega Tabú, Gargalo, Creo e Monaguillo, Terra de Godello, Adega Valderello and Estela do Val.

With a long track record in importing and distributing sherry in the Asian market, it was not until 2020 that this Frenchman, raised in Barcelona but with family roots in Jerez, decided to launch Dominio de las Ánimas alongside his wife Lorna Cooper –a project in Jerez where he is committed to organic and regenerative farming practices in the vineyard to produce a range of still white and red wines. He will also be presenting Diatomist, his range of fortified wines.

Nebbiolo, Barolo, Barbaresco and the elegance of northern Italy. A tasting that will take participants on a journey across one of the most gastronomic and legendary regions in wine.

Jorge Orte, DipWSET, Certified Rioja Wines Educator, WSET Certified Educator, and owner of the Grape Bebop academy, hosts this session, which will cover topics such as the new classifications and styles of the DOCa Rioja, natural factors, and grape varieties other than Tempranillo. At least 12 wines from the DOCa Rioja will be tasted, sourced from the three sub-regions and representing all authorised grape varieties.

The most legendary wine region, reimagined in a linen shirt. Burgundy is one of the world’s most historic wine regions, boasting legendary vineyards and cult producers, but Burgundy can also be fresh, light and juicy. In this tasting, Sergio of Calcáreo will present a more lively and summery side of Burgundy, featuring fresh whites, light reds and highly drinkable styles.
