Sourced from 30-year-old Tempranillo vines, Sastre’s youngest, the wine tries to capture the variety's distinctive character. The wine is fermented at a relatively low temperature (16º C) with natural yeasts as is customary with this producer. Don’t expect a perfumed rosé. Instead, this wine is clean and authentic on the nose with red forest fruit aromas followed by a juicy palate with ripe fruit and a round finish. A polished wine offering good value. 15.5 points
