Bodegas Félix Lorenzo Cachazo has never stopped making this wine but it has now been now relaunched in a Sherry bottle and with a label inspired in the ancient “Amontillado” made at the winery. A blend of Verdejo and Palomino, this Dorado is aged in glass demijohns for two years followed by two more years in oak. Grapes are harvested to reach 15% vol. so no alcohol is added. Complex, creamy notes and dried fruits in a classic oxidative style. A dry, comforting, sapid and long white wine. 16.5 points
