An extraordinary wine worth every cent and a praiseworthy effort to recover a grape variety that is almost extinct in Aragón. Part of a very limited production (700 bottles), it displays a captivating, remarkable style with superb acidity. Fine, complex nose with aniseed aromas, white fruit and spices (white pepper). Discreet oak notes on a palate with well-defined flavours, notable depth and length. Very impressive. We would love to see more bottles of this wine on the market. 17.5 points
