With over 48 months of aging, this blend of Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Perellada is presented as the first biodynamic Cava even if the producer is not officially certified. It is one of the first Spanish sparkling wines to join the Cava de Paraje category with grapes sourced from the 5.5 hectares that make up the Can Prats vineyard. Subtle, fine nose with almonds and toasted bread aromas. On the palate it feels more broad than linear with good volume and a vinous quality that adds authenticity. 16.5 points
