This Cava is a blend of Pansa Blanca (as Xarel.lo is known in Alella) and Chardonnay made from grapes grown in Vallcirera, a plot covering 2 hectares on the lower part of the Alta Alella estate which produces wines with high acidity. Accordingly, there are plenty of citrus notes wrapped up by fine grilled bread aromas as well as good tension and length on the palate. This wines bears the single-vineyard Cava de Paraje seal. 17.0 points
