The Parellada variety is dominant in this blend —higher than any other Cava de Paraje— resulting in a fine nuanced nose with aromas of grilled bread and dried flowers. Broad, creamy, classic style palate that reminds me of Champagne and vibrant acidity leading to a very long finish. Outstanding value. 94 points
