One of Spain’s longest ageing cavas (up to 15 years) now in the Cava de Paraje category. Complex, fine nose with good development: petrol and grilled bread aromas over a citrus fruit and dried herb background. The broad, creamy palate follows the house style with well-defined flavours, integrated acidity and very long-finish. Excellent. 18.0 points
