Lovely Atlantic character. Complex nose with briny, spring water, herbs (fennel) and white fruit aromas followed by a serious palate with good weight and well-defined fruit. A seamless, well-made white with pleasant bitterness on the finish. 2016 feels like a richer vintage but displays good balance despite its high alcohol. 90 points
