A directly pressed Cabernet Sauvignon rosé, it was kept with its lees for three months. Salmon colour. Good intensity on the nose with tropical fruits and boxwood aromas followed by an unctuous palate with sweet red fruit and balanced out with spicy, bitter notes. 15.5 points
