This wine has been aged for 12 months in concrete tanks. Parellada grapes are fermented with their skins at low temperature, thus adding some complexity (toasted notes) to a nose with white fruit (pear), dairy and orange zest aromas. Fresh entry with unctuous texture and a slightly warm finish. 15.5 points
