Different vessels were used to ferment and age this wine: concrete vats for Garnacha and Tempranillo and foudres in the case of Trepat and Garrut (Monastrell). All grapes were destemmed except Garnacha and Trepat, whose ripe stalks were used. Aromatic herbs, bramble and small red berries dominate on the nose together with Trepat’s characteristic white pepper aroma. A light, fresh red bursting with herbaceous notes (forest, resin). Lively and distinctive. 16.5 points
