Terroir al Limit has rented the old cooperative in Torroja where grapes are fermented with stems in cement tanks following the style of the 1970s. Purposely rustic in style, it shows a bit of reduction on the nose which swiftly goes away after some aeration. It is a pleasant and easy to drink red with the minerality that wine lovers expect in the wines of this area. Inspiration for the labels comes from the old La Unión cooperative in Tarragona. 90 points
