This was the first entry-level red made by this producer and it is named after an ancient Iberian settlement found near the winery. Black fruit and inky aromas on the nose together with smoke and vanilla nuances. There’s far more fruit on the palate, which makes the wine really tasty and juicy. Despite being a bit warm, tannins are suppler and better integrated than in previous vintages. Good value. 16.0 points
