This complex blend of mainly local white grapes are bottled under the fun name Cullerot (which means “tadpole” in Valencian) and was the first wine matured in amphorae by Celler del Roure. Apples, hay and toasty aromas are followed by a balanced combination of warm and fresh notes on the palate. There’s an earthy finish from the earthenware jars which adds consistency and some bitterness. 90 points
