Halfway between a rosé and a blanc de noirs, with just a hint of colour, this is one of Loxarel's most serious and food-friendly sparkling wines. Fine nose with toast, aniseed and red fruit (cherries) aromas are followed by an intense, bone-dry, sharp palate with more toasted notes. 16.5 points
