Part of the wine fermened and aged for three months in 500-litre oak barrels adding some extra creaminess, yet preserving the dry, straightforward style of this producer. It's named after an old anti-aircraft shelter built during the Spanish Civil War used as aging cellar. Fennel, toast and smoky aromas on the nose are followed by a racy palate offsetting the creaminess. Some cleansing bitterness on the finish. 16.0 points
