Despite having fermented and matured in amphorae, this wine is likely to appeal to a wide audience beyond the wine geeks. There are no earthy flavours from the earthenware jars; instead we find well-defined flavours. Floral and herbal notes as well as nutty aromas on the nose. Fresh, enveloping palate. A well-made, good value wine. 16.5 points
