Made from Tempranillo grown in Bocos de Duero, near Peñafiel, in a limestone pocket that crosses the vineyard. Flavourful palate and deeply mineral. Firm and polished. Unlike other wines by Alfredo Maestro, this one has had some sulphur added. 16.5 points
