A real rarity in Spain where Malbec is an anecdotal grape, but it made sense to plant it at 1,000m above sea level. This vintage is fresher and less ripe than 2009. It is also more fragrant and with a gentler texture offering dark fruits, spicy and earthy notes. 16.0 points
