This Cava stands out for its clean, pure, sharp style. Aromas are less toasty than expected after 30 months of aging –in fact, it could be sold as Gran Reserva. Fine fennel and wild herbs notes are followed by a vibrant palate with small, integrated bubbles. Great value. 16.0 points
