Fresh nose showcasing a lovely Mencía expression with lots of wild red fruits. Fruit is really consistent (you can tell it’s sourced from old vines) both on the nose and on the palate; tannins are slightly firm, but not harsh. A good first approach to Bierzo. 16.0 points
