A well-defined, pure and mineral Albariño revealing the painstaking work carried out in the vineyard. The wine is a blend of five plots with sandy-granite soils in the Salnés Valley, within Rías Baixas. The wine was aged in stainless steel and oak vats in equal parts. Vivid white fruit and dry stone aromas are followed by a palate with depth and a lovely Albariño expression. The finish is sharp and mineral. Definitely worth the money. 93 points
