This is a single vineyard Verdejo with distinctive gravelly soils in the village of La Seca. The wine matured with its lees in stainless steel tanks and was blended with a small batch aged in foudre. Quite fine nose with well-defined white and stone fruit aromas together with some fennel notes. Very pleasant, balanced, consistent palate, with a nice citrus edge. Great value. 16.5 points
