A White Garnacha reflecting the region’s trademark panal soils, which are fossil dunes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats and later aged in barrels for eight months. Pale lemon colour with greenish hue. The nose is serious, with beeswax, petrol and white fruit aromas followed by a broad but elegant palate with bright acidity and preserved lemon flavours. A good example of aged White Garnacha which has developed nicely in bottle. 91 points
