A blend of Garnacha Blanca, sourced from 30- to 40-year old vines, and Viognier, which is harvested early. Half of the wine rests in barrels for four months, and the other half in stainless steel tanks with the lees. Lemon greenish colour. Fresh nose displaying herbs and lavender aromas. Zesty palate with bright acidity; a pleasant, easy drinking white. 15.5 points
