Grapes are sourced from the region’s sandy, trademark soil called 'panal' which originates from fossil dunes. Well-defined white fruit (pear) and aniseed aromas with lees notes adding complexity. Powerful, unctuous palate ending on a distinctive note of dry stone. A pleasant wine suitable to develop nicely over the next three to four years. 16.5 points
