Deep inky colour. Very ripe black fruit and predominant oak aromas (burned sugar, crème brûlée) at this stage. The palate feels round and polished, much more than what it might be expected from the nose, with bright acidity, firm but fine tannins and well-integrated oak. A pleasant red wine. 91 points
