Deeper colour than the ultra pale 2011, although it still looks like a Blanc de Noirs rather than a rosé. Fine nose with dough and yeast aromas over a citrus background. This is an elegant sparkling wine with fine bead and pleasant bitter notes on the finish which cleanse your palate. 16.5 points
