30% of the base wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels. Fennel, toasty and vanilla aromas on the nose followed by a broad palate with good structure and well-integrated bubbles. Everything seems to be in place including the residual sugar. Great quality, as are the rest of Sumarroca’s premium Cavas. 91 points
