This single-varietal Xarel.lo bears the cava de Paraje category. Grapes are sourced from the Terroja (red soil) vineyard boasting a high concentration of iron over a chalky crust going 80cm deep with abundant carbonate nodules. 20% of the wine is fermented in oak barrels. Lots of citrus fruit and sunflower seed aromas are followed by a young, vibrant, fresh palate showing great potential. 16.5 points
