A really interesting sparkling wine, it blends indigenous red grapes with white Xarel.lo and its pinky coloured mutation called Xarel.lo Vermell. Most grapes are sourced from the estate's highest plot with distinctive stony soils (“pedra” means “stone” in Catalan, thus the name). This is a savoury, bone-dry wine with acidity providing fantastic tension on the palate. A bit austere, yet vibrant with lots of citrus and mild toasty nuances. 93 points
