Recaredo released the vintage 2005 before the outstanding 2004, which is likely to go on sale after 140 months of aging. 2005 was a ripe, powerful vintage, but Turó d’en Mota’s distinctive austerity prevails. Complex nose with withered flowers, chamomile and honey aromas. Firm palate underpinned by acidity and minerality. This Cava is still developing; bright future ahead. 18.0 points
