This single-vineyard wine comes from Grégory Pérez's highest plot with slate soils in Espanillo. Despite fermenting with whole clusters, this wine is aerial and elegant --the most subtle and floral of the range. It has vibrant acidity and a very long finish. It’s a pity that barely 1,000 bottles have been produced. 93 points
