Entry-level L’Hereu has changed its name to Blanc de Blancs after the recovery of an old family plot called Vinya del Llac which is now its main ingredient together with grapes sourced from La Plana vineyard. Aniseed, fennel and green apple aromas are followed by a fresh, balanced palate. A seamless aperitif sparkling wine. 90 points
