Deep ruby colour. Fragrant, spicy nose with original infusion herbs and orange zest aromas. Savoury palate displaying more acidity than the average in the area (I was told there is a small percentage of Garnacha in the blend). Give it some cellaring time to tame tannins. 15.5 points
