This single varietal Garnacha (locally called Calabrés) can only be found in the US. It feels very different from Rufete. Sweet spices (cinnamon, clove), orange zest, aromatic herbs and flower aromas are followed by a fruit-driven, fresh palate with citrus acidity and some bitterness. Smooth, distinctive character. 16.5 points
