Viña Meín's barrel fermented white incorporated a new blend in the 2013 vintage, and on the 2014 edition it features a new name. Additional changes include 50% of whole clusters plus cold maceration with grape skins resulting in a fresher, more herbal style. The use of large oak vats has tempered the wood notes and the wine now feels tighter on the palate. The unctuous texture acts as counterbalance to the fresh, herbal character. 16.5 points
