A really uncommon “solera” given that it comes from just one barrel. Tiny quantities started to be released in 2015 and the empty space is refilled with sweet Listán Blanco wine. Its fine wood and dried fruit aromas are reminiscent of sherry but the palate is vibrant and lush with tangerine, baked apples and stone fruit notes. Its moderate sweetness will make it highly versatile to pair with food. Really striking. 93 points
