This is an oxidative-style white (paying tribute to Tondonia perhaps?). Grapes are macerated for 10 to 12 days with their skins and the wine ages up to 33 months in barrel! Deep golden colour. Complex nose with dried fruits, dried apricots, baked apples and beeswax. It shows nice depth with bright acidity making for a lively palate with a long finish. Amazing. 16.5 points
