As is the case with most reds from this producer, the must is fermented at a low temperature with malolactic fermentation taking place in the same tank prior to being devatted. Press wines are also included in the final blend. The result is delicious, with lively fruit and more weight than the “Finca” range. This is a really juicy and bright red enlivened by herbal and peppery notes. Quite a discovery. 93 points
