Second vintage made from the bleeding-off of fermenting must for the Selection. The Mazuelo is fermented in barrel and the Tempranillo in stainless steel, prior to roughly 14 months of barrel aging. Rather than a rosé, this wine would better fit the style of light-coloured reds with bright acidity and very subtle oak leading to a mineral finish. Truly original. 90 points
