This is the only wine in the winery’s portfolio made with grapes sourced from other grower’s vineyards, specifically in the villages of Najerilla and Cárdenas. Grapes were macerated with their own skins for 11 days. One third of the wine ages in barrel and the rest in stainless steel vats with its lees. Aromatic and with a marked herbal character (bay leaves, chamomile, mint), this is a dry, lively white reflecting a fresh vintage. 15.5 points
