The bottling date features prominently on the label of this unfiltered (‘en rama’), which in this case was the second ‘saca’ in 2015. Producer Antonio Barbadillo encourages consumers to follow the evolution of these wines in bottle and organizes vertical tastings to test the individual development of each of the different ‘sacas’. This one displays a good combination of dry and creamy notes in a powerful, sapid wine with briny notes and plenty of character ending on a long, fine finish. 17.0 points
