This is arguably not the standard evolution of this white barrel-aged Viura made from 70-year-old vines, but it displays a fine oxidative note that adds extra complexity. Nuts, bakery and buttery aromas are followed by a creamy, enveloping palate with toast and nutty notes and a savoury saline finish. 93 points
